Using your preferred browser on your device, open the Burger King website by typing www.mybkexperience.com on the search box.
Change the language if necessary. The first page will appear in English. If that doesn’t work best for you, click on the two other options on the page – location depends on the type of device.
Insert the restaurant number indicated on your BK receipt. It’s just the shop ID of the outlet you visited. Then, click the “Next” button to open the next page of the survey.
Respond genuinely to the questions. Accurate information will help Burger King identify the areas for improvement.
On a piece of paper, write the validation code provided at the end of the survey for use on your next ticket. Usually, the code consists of two letters followed by several digits.
